Fitness has always been a massive part of my life. Not just because of the positive physical aspects of training but mentally, fitness has really helped me. As someone who suffers with depression and anxiety - fitness has been my therapy. I hope to inspire others who maybe struggling that there is always hope and feelings are temporary.
